Michael D. Lynes co-founder, President and CEO of Eutectics. Michael has over twenty years of experience in technical sales, software, firmware and communications technologies with executive responsibility in both Enterprise and Consumer focused communications companies. Prior to founding Eutectics, Michael held positions at Radvision, Bogen Communications, Bell Labs, V-Band and Timeplex. Most recently Michael was Vice President of Technical Sales and Development at an Israeli internet startup. Michael holds a BEEE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
				Atef Philips co-founder, Chief Technical Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering. Atef has extensive experience in systems and component level design of telecommunications related hardware development. Prior to founding Eutectics Atef held the position of Vice President of Hardware Development. In his 25 year career he has held key engineering positions at Becton-Dickinson, Rudolph Research, and Bogen Communications. Atef holds a BSEE degree from Menoufia University, Menouf, Egypt and an MSEE degree from NJIT.
				Donald Fowler Vice President of Sales, Don’s 10 plus year career in Semiconductor Sales and the VoIP Service Provider industry has included general management, business development, consulting and entrepreneurial experience with two Fortune 100 corporations and three successful start-up organizations. Prior to joining Eutectics, Inc., Don served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Freshtel Holdings, an Australian based Internet Telephony Business where he managed and directed their North American launch team. Don provided extensive experience in the development of comprehensive business plans to penetrate the market, third party negotiations and execution of strategic partnerships. He managed all aspects of the North American business unit. Prior to Freshtel Holdings, Don served as Vice President of Business Development for Voiceglo and in key sales positions for Philips Semiconductors and Intel Corporation. Don earned his B.A. at the University of South Florida.
				Sam William Girgis Vice President of Engineering and Head of Circuit Design, Sam brings experience from his 25 plus year career in Semiconductor Circuit Design and Layout as a leading member of several engineering teams. Sam providies crtical expertise in multilayer printed circuit board layout, design, and artwork. He is responsible for prototype, testing, and troubleshooting designs before signing off final production. Ensuring our designs meet FCC Class B EMI compliance and CE compliance for all products. Prior to joining Eutectics, Inc., Sam served in key hardware engineering positions at Becton Dickenson and CCS Inc. Sam has extensive experience in PCB design and Layout including Digital Communications, exacting Medical and High Energy Military Signal Applications. Sam earned his BS in Electrical Engineering at Menofia Institute of Technology, Egypt in 1975.
				Suzanne Chu Managing Director of Eutectics (H.K.) Ltd., is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for Asian business operations. Suzanne has over twelve years of marketing, sales and general management experience in the communications industry. Most recently, she was an Executive Director and Vice President of Marketing for iAsiaWorks. Previously, she held strategic management positions at AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, and deltathree. Suzanne has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard University.
